Another REIT transitioning towards greater industrial %
FYI: Another REIT that you may not be aware of and which is also transitioning towards a higher percentage of Industrial property in their portfolio is Pro REIT PRV.un. They recently announced acquisition of 16 industrial properties and disposition of 3 retail properties. Since I purchased units in 2017, this REIT has paid 100% Return of Capital distributions - which has beneficial implications for holding in non-registered accounts. Not promoting - just saying! Cheers!

Welcome aboard the PRV Express SuperDude2! Just don't blame me if the train ever goes off the tracks (but I have no reason to believe that it ever will). Just saying! Say hi to Bubba359 when next you guys meet up! Cheers and have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving! CSC/StormyD

By coincidence, my two biggest positions are nxr and prv..I've always felt much safer with nxr as prv is always flirting with the 100% payout ratio.

Now the big question is when do we start moving money from NXR to PRV? PRV SP is still 13% below Pre-Civid highs while NXR is 40% higher than pre-Cvid highs. Prying to find PRV unit NAV....
