RE:-Is NXR believing their own hype (revisited)
Sunnyboy answered my original posting with a varied set of assesments surrounding NXR activity. First I would compliment him for drafting a well thought out response. I do not agree with all of his assertions (especially certain figures) but this type of feedback is very much appreciated. But NXR platitudes aside," the market clearly does not agree with Sunnyboy's synopsis". In the end investors right or wrong will be the judge of the success or failure of NXR's business strategy. Having said that, I am in the same position as Sunnyboy having bought NXR when it was much lower and currently have no intention of selling.

Agreed, we are up 50% this year plus distributions, I'm in for the long haul too... I give management at least a B+ .

Great post, there is no way I can ever sell, would trigger huge cap gains. I don't want half my money going to Justin... Hold forever !!
