Who can tell what short term volatility could bring. However a 10% decline following a share issuance is not a massive blow. There are far bigger declines that have occured recently. Most of my posts since the share issuance have been removed, guess the main post of it was removed. Defiance , l had the utmost respect for younand your posts and it's a traestybthat the PDwarfhas removed  any post of yours , it was without justification. In regards to NXR however l am sick and tired of people defending a mgmt that started on every single one of their half billion or more in aquistions that they were accretive. Bubba as I have said before there are different charactestic in different types of real estate. Cap rates or the rent per value of retail/ office versus industrial are much higher. Nexus went from 8 cap retail to an averaged of what was said by another poster 5.4 cap industrial properties. Read retail/ office trends which professionals dont expect growth.
