Missed the bottom this morning but only bought a small position. Bond rates in Canada are actually down today. Waiting to see what the Bank of Canada does next month. US Fed has done the work for them. GLTA

Visited Company website and found this is not as advertised. It is not a pure industrial property trust as the name indicates. They also own several retail and office properties mainly in Quebec. I sold. GLTA
