The takeover of Summit should light a fire under this as it is taken over at a ~30 % premium to NAV/ unit. In addition, because it is for cash holders will be looking to reinvest that cash. The must likely beneficiary is NXR.

Agreed DD! Also PRV.un should benefit cuz it is now approaching 90% industrial assets in its portfolio, and should consider changing the name to include industrial as NXR.un did a while back. As luck would have it, we have been fully invested in SMU, DIR, NXR, and PRV. Go Team Industrial! Cheers!
