I am not saying that it will happen, but if trying to figure out the share price decline, it sure sounds as if enough holders think so and have sold, pushing the price down.  Personally, I find that a dividend cut is not always bad, IF you have confidence in management being proactive and acts before they run into debt covenant issues....

Decline in SP is due to uncertaintly about falling interest rates.  This interest rate drop will likely be later this year perhaps sooner in Canada.  Anyone seriously following Nexus knows that the industrial leases are maturing second half of 2024 and 2025, and that two projects where they are building on land they already own will be completed this year.  Free cash will rise and ...more

Yes and current rental rates are about 29% below market/renewall rates.....
