CPG buys Spartan Delta assets

CPG buys Spartan Delta assetsLooks like CPG spent $1.24B usd for Spartan Delta's montney assets which I think is more gassy. Abt 38k boe and approx half of spartan delta's total production. Based on the figures, this prices obe at $15usd. I think SL will want to sell the company whole though so the buyer can take advantage of obe's capital tax loss pool. And the reserve report which accounts for aro has obe's pdp at abt $1.2B usd, include 1p then $1.5B which would take obe's buyout price to $20usd depending on how many ncib shares obe buys back. I am just trying to get an idea what obe is worth today based on these acquisitions happening in the canadian oil patch. Any thoughts?
