Solution to the dispute..

If I was in Obe shoes I would offer 500000 warrants to woodland Cree at a fairly high convert price..let's between 12-15 dollars...and have the warrants vest by time a set amount over to get full 100 percent  I am not picking sides and thinking about it from a mediator lens. Only win win for each side.
woodland has to see Obe share price rise to gain and Obe could expand even faster.
and of course have shareholders vote.
I would be trying to get the different indigenous bands equity owners in the Obe stock...warrants are a way to do this.
everyone has to get a long and this is best way

BC's Blueberry decision has made BC uninvestable in my view.   Putting Oil/Gas producers in the position where they have to employee two contractors - one aboriginal, and one to actually do the work.   Who knows what this evolves into - the whole mess is fertile ground for organized crime to move in to control the vacuum.  I see one big horror show in the making ...more

Organized crime would be a welcome upgrade to the corrupt Socialist Canadian government. After the "Halloween Massacre" and now this I will never again invest in any Canadian company.
