jag or ogc?

jag or ogc?I think jag is the better choice for now. Ogc has to many problems ,bad management,possible mine damage and with no news coming out.The chart tells investors the sp can still fall even more.This company needs better people who will work hard instead of helping shareholders lose wealth.
