same for roads and electricity they brought to the region. Up until past june they could take away all equipment legally, but they didn't. Maybe they couldn't, as gangsters had a roadblock on the roads.
but the same is for WKP, the mine is on government property. The new mine will be deep under a nature reserve digging into it from somewhere else.
