Re:FTTA UpdateWe need an interpreter; what I gleaned--because they break into English for short blurbs and a few English footnotes---is that Oceana is planting trees and paying lots of taxes.  There seems to be some serious concers about flooding and landslides.  The question arises:  why is MGB holding these dialogues now, when according to past information MGB has given their approval for the renewal of FTAA and forwarded things to the Office of the President.
     As to criticizing Oceana; if anyone thinks they could have done better in the developing nation of the Philippines with the apparent chaotic governance---please give us your theory.  IMO
