CEO stepping down

Most of you have probably seen Eric A. Is stepping down as CEO. This seems a little out of left field. I hope it is not health related. Seems like there is more to this, I am sure we will find out eventually.

I try to keep this board fresh...any real theories out there? Looking your way Frozen!
