So total share price today (if you bought a warrant and immediately exercised) would be $1.40 + $.078. Making for a total price of : $2.18. Now, no one would purchase a warrant today, and exercise immediately. BUT, in the long run, I can see how this "could" make sense. Also being able to sell the warrant for a profit comes to play.
Makes it a little tricky, but starting to understand now.
