Super, super weaksauce.  7 minutes before close on a long weekend!  

Burying bad news is on my list of amateur-hour shenanigans that keep me away from stocks (private placements below trading price, favourable warrant and option dilution among others). 

This type of behaviour is a warning sign that I've ignored before and paid the price. 

Starting to look like MJN is the only adult at this birthday party.
