I am looking at also CIBC 5% div I am doing some pre-summer shopping, mind you if they get the inflation under control which I think they're putting aressive action then some Blue Chips are worth buying before summer.

I agre with you on mJ, but I look at their assets, I think they're worth more than 1.24 a share. That's why I bought them today. I could be wrong but you never know.
