Roughing it out, from what little details I have come across, it sounds as if they are going to issue apx 38,509,316 shares in exchange for the $124 million.  Compared to their current outstanding shares that's a good chunk.

I might have to dig into it over the weekend to figure out where the furture value is.  God help me if I end up expanding my Cannabis Profile yet again.. lol
