124 Million in Exchange for How Many Extra Shares ?

The press release is lacking some details.  Anyone know how many additional shares will be issued in exchange for this $124 Million Dollar investment ?

Hey 1Hot, No, I am not on this one, not Long nor Short.  Just poking around and trying to figure out the story on this $124 Million Deal.  Overall I am a Cannabis Bull but there is a limit as to how many of these stocks I can have in my portfolio. Looks like they are creating and issuing  Class A shares to cover this investment...

Roughing it out, from what little details I have come across, it sounds as if they are going to issue apx 38,509,316 shares in exchange for the $124 million.  Compared to their current outstanding shares that's a good chunk. I might have to dig into it over the weekend to figure out where the furture value is.  God help me if I end up expanding my Cannabis Profile yet again.. lol
