Cannabis is hurting and these cannabis companies will be flirting with bankruptsy and as far as DEA goes this might turn out to be another false hope with everything going on I'll sum it up for you, Could, Maybe, Possibly, Might not, Slim chance, HIGH HOPES!!  I see an industry thats been built up by the media imploding!!

Yep, if the company is not profitable now or does not have a clear path with its current model the buyer beware. In OGIs case BAT has seen the books and opted to invest, but they are playing the long game, so maybe not as exciting as some of the flashy tier 1s!
