Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a biotechnology company. Speaking of GM, somebody has to geneticaly modify this virus to make it more letal for the tumor. The initial instinct was correct when ONC tried to make it a monotreatment for cancer, however they soon discovered that it was not strong enough to kill the cancer on its own and they went the immunotherapy way which is also proving to be not sufficient.
