that would out Onc at $25billion market cap.
using the phase 2 " risk adjustment" of 25%
brings us back to $5billion.
all usd of course.
Ps price $75/ ps.
will Onc get bought out for $5billion?
Some think that is low.
Some say absurd! Based on exiting SP.
point is , a buyout is based on future values to the purchaser. Not share price.
