Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a biotechnology company. Meanwhile, Sanofi on Sunday said it was “no longer in discussions with Horizon and it does not intend to make an offer for Horizon.” The French drugmaker explained that the “transaction price expectations do not meet our value creation criteria.”
