| 21.1 | This Agreement, together with the Related Agreements, and any Schedules or other attachments hereto or thereto, constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and together they supersede and replace all prior drafts, previous understandings, arrangements, representations or agreements, whether in writing or oral, between the Parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the confidentiality agreement entered into between the Parties made on July 4, 2017 as amended by the Parties has been superseded by the provisions of Clause 17. |
