Letter shareholders and Strategic Review

I think it's time for ONCY to do two things:

-Initiate a Strategic Review (hire a reputable consultant to sale or manage the licensing bidding process)
-Inform Shareholders of the value here to be unlock

Otherwise, we will be robbed by a hostile takeover.

Worst case, phone Pfizer and Roche and tell them you now accept the low-ball offer and put your growth in Pancreatic.

Even the worst case scenario looks very good for SP appreciation.
