Let me help you. Drug companies have to achieve a myriad of safety, efficacy and financial targets. When you test drugs to cure or improve illnesses l, like cancer for example, it takes a real long time. Then if you get the design of the trial even slightly wrong you have to basically start again. Complicated business.
I like how you've said "almost zero" haha. Is that more than zero? And did it become almost zero very recently? Did they recently cure a guy of pancreatic cancer? It's all about what's happening now dope. Years ago means nothing when it's all happening now.
