I post when I have time… Lots of back & forth.
Please consider the following, just because anyone, including me posts on here does not make it true..
I try to be as credible as possible & spend equal time researching, before I post.
In that light, need to clear up some stuff:
FIRST.
Some are stating there is zero institutional interests.
A quick search reveals 32 separate institutions, plus 2 mutual funds. One being a NAS index fund.
This is U.S.A. / Nas data & was dated before the recent $17 million ,bought deal, which was stated as majority sold to a medical based interest.
in that date, aprox 1.9% of company shares. Not huge. However not zero.
The $17 mill, brings that % much higher.
SECONDLY
Mangementement collectively own about 1.5 million shares. Small but not zero.
They additionally have massive amount of options.
Buying in .stepping up to the plate, with their own $$. Has been done when appropriate.
understand , the catch-22: Assuming they are in negotiations, they can not buy or sell shares.
That would be insider trading.
Side note; Matt is the founder. In 23 + years, he has only bought shares. Never sold any.
History dictates the future?
A very immature, uneducated statement.
I personally know 3 people that " never had cancer" , just a year ago.
Now they do. Years ago it was said CDs would never replace vinyl. Now both are relics.
ONC has had many failures & successes.
Yes as of today, they have not got Pela to market.
To say with that history, proves they never will is down right silly.
KFC was started in 1930, founded by Mr. Saunders. He was in his 50s.
It took 20+ years to establish & grow the business. He sold out in his 70s. Stayed on as ambassador & owned Canadian rights.
My point
First, very simple for 100s of years there was no KFC. Then there was....after 20+ years of growing etc.
Second: we are talking a simple chicken business. The model took 20+ years to perfect.
history predicts the future?
Absolutly if nothing is changing.so is the cancer treatment world changing?
Back to Onc ;
The science , bupiomarkers, cancer chemo standard of care has changed dramatically in the last 3 years, let alone 20 years.
I know cancer. Every relative on my mothers side has died of only cancer. Many of the treatments available now, never existed 30+ yrs ago. Some never existed 3 years ago.
Yet they exist now.
Can Onc bring the ball across the finish line?
The PanCan endorsement is expecting so, or they would not have invited Onc to be part of a phase 3 trial.
comments?
Mr Buck, before you say anything. Look up the word Ad Hominem....that is you.
Great weekend all.
