They are filing a BLA in MSS-CRC 2L+3L mid year and are on track to file an AA in 2L PDAC before Eoy as well with the potential to move up the line in the near term. Regarding immunotherapy 2.0 it is going to be dual checkpoint blockade then cancer vaccines and other therapies will come next on top, but first dual checkpoint. Not my own opinion but KOL's whom I listen to who are not named NOTEABLE aka the unscientist mascarading as someone who actually knows anything. And not one or two KOL's either, but many and their voice in unison. BioNTech bought a CLTA company a year ago as well and is now using CLTA to open up cancer vaccination. I'm sure Pela would benefit from such an approach. Roche is trialing XLO's CLTA with Tencentriq and when that works out maybe they will turn to Pela. GL all.
