What I do know 100% factual; they are over a week late for year end " notice".
As was published previously,last year was N.R. On the 21 st & Q4 on March 3rd.
looking historically, those dates don't vary by more than a few days.
Could be they will quietly do the Q4 / yr end update with little promotion?
Could be there is a lot going on with inherent variables?
assuming no buyout-partership or other surprise, thet are legally bound to bring forward various reportings.
Could a takeover negotiation circumvent a Q4 report?
Yes, if announced before. THEN the Q4 numbers would become part of the overall package to be voted on.
Or.
Could be absolutely nothing & just delays.
I know companies must submit reports publicly, I'm not sure if they need to give advance notice.
either way, they are a week late.
Never happened in the 20+ years.
