Red Herring or not as you say but I find that onc has been slipping up lately.
As you say for or against or for or withheld makes no difference but it is the wording that is confusing people and this is what ONC posted on sedar which clearly states for or withheld.
I found that made a similar mistake when they reported that insiders beneficially owned almost 6% of the company when in fact they were counting the options as share ownership....
This is from sedar which clearly shows the proxy for or withheld so red herring or not onc is making mistakes.
