ONC is not using the ATM. Nothing goes straight up for ever, there are always profit taking cycles. ONC has $32M in the bank. That was in the last quarter financials a week ago. They do not need cash. News is all solid... more discussion at KOL on Monday. A deal of some sort is on the way...  Hipe that helps...

I notice the float/outstanding share count changing as well. TMX had Onc outstanding shares @ 58.5m a few days ago, they now report just over 59m. Market Place says the float is still 58.5m, so who knows...

You can find the shares outstanding as of Nov. 3, 2022.  The numbers are on the bottom of page 11 of the Nov. 7 MD&A-English found on SEDAR. Nov. 3, 2022 Shares outstanding:  59,028,688 Nov. 3 2022 Fully Diluted shares:  64,388,508

Thanks to Prob for the share count numbers. There is no further informaiton on share counts to confirm that the company has been selling via the ATM. They do not release share count numbers on a daily or monthly basis. They do that with quarterly financials.

I agree with Westcoast The share co7nts are released quarterly & always a few months behind. did they use ATM within recent run up? Who cares. that conversation is a red herring. FYI: I was looking at the ONC share count a while back when all my warrants expired. And at that time I noticed that the total share numbers shown on STOCKHOUSE and the other websites were all different than what was shown in the ONC website and financials. They all seemed to vary with different numbers on different sites. I though very wierd at the time, sI have no idead why, but I no longer put

HC,  I was just talking with friend last night about ONC when ONC was still working with dogs. And how I remember the very first Phase I trial report where ONC had just completed the very first single dose injection into humans in the first human tumour ever and took pictures of the tumour with a measuring device in the photo. Then a week later or what ever the time period was, ONC

Oh, ONC has stated AWARE-1 final data wil be released Q4 2022, so that is due within the next 6 weeks. I thought that was coming with this last presentation, but... soon.  And we should know the bio-marker data at that time. IMHO the science is there. Go read all the last NRs. I am not making this up. Thanks for the encouraging post while the stock is down after great news.  ksw has stated things very well here, with the memories going back to the dog days, and through to the history post 2016 up to today. I have always wondered what we needed to do to verify the biomarkers. That is a tricky question in terms of hypothesis testing, or so it seems.

  if you look back through NRs after they were well into AWARE-1, when ONC announced the GOBLET, in the NR, ONC kind of slipped the beans on the biomarkers stating, they wanted to see if the same potential biomarkers that they noted for mBC existed for Gastro. The FDA would not have allowed the GOBLET trial if the resutls in other indications were poor. And Roche would not be

Thank you for your posts. This question is likely naive; given GOBLET is with AIO and I think not on clinicaltrials.gov how does the FDA involvement happen. TIA

  Iit is my understaning that AIO is a worldly recognized facility and the data is transferable back to the USA and other countries.
