Overall dissappointed with Management's guidance, as they appears to be overly optimistic.
- ASCO was not a slam dunk as they allude
- 90 days exclusivity was BS

However, is attractive and end of dilution is nearing. 

I am trading this one. 

I have now turn very sceptical of management. 

I do think that a deal is nearing but is not imminent. 
SP is at a steep discount vs. fundamentals but will trend lower as the company needs a new catalyst.

The buyout bus has a driver that's been lost for the past 20 years, still can't find its way out of the forest! I always said the CEO doesn't know how to execute and is driving around in circles, hopefully one day before  the next century he will figure it out!
