Re: Share Count
Just asking a serious question. The issued share count on the TSX website hasn't changed. If they do use ATM how long does it take for it to be updated on the exchange website? There must be some regulations on this somewhere.

I'm not absolutely sure, but I don't believe they are required to disclose how many shares were issued via the ATM until the Q2 Quarterly Report. Last year the Q2 Financial Report came out on August 10th.

Shouldn't it still be reflected on the total share count on the TSX website though. When companies buy back stock I can check it and tell if they're buying back stock by seeing a decreased share count on TSX site. Surely it has to be same for issuing shares. Maybe I'll have to contact TSX. Cheers!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, we won't know till they tell us in a couple of months. And by then the numbers will already be out of date. My guess is they would have issued about 5 million shares over the past week.

I believe the ATM only allows issuing shares on the Nasdaq and not the TSX...

...Onc News release Mar 5/21 ...Sales of the ATM offering will only be conducted in the United States through NASDAQ or another exchange at market prices. No sales will be conducted in Canada or through the Toronto Stock Exchange.

I don't think it matters what exchange the shares are issued on the company's share count still has to be accurate and subject to some sort of timeline. No one has got back to me yet so I'll keep working on this.

@askretka. gandalf was just telling you where to find the info. I believe de G, Parsons and Rigby, if I have the names right are not going to be selling through the ATM unless they deem it necessary. We are in a good position, maybe even a catbird seat. We have known for some time this could go a few different ways. Que sera sera.
