The question is regarding Noteable's last post. The excerpt you used from the release sounds like the TIL score is hypothetically to be used as a screening test. That is to say, it seems like a patient could be treated before the actual trial to determine if the patient should actually enter the trial.
Am I even close on this? It would be a novel way to guide patients to their best options. Not to mention saving money and hardship.

I don't think it's hypothetical as much as confirmed. And the payient is "tested" for it before the trial; the trial is the treatment.

and deliberate choice of wording... different to confirm... i.e. prove, ONCY is still mincing words to suggest more than is actually the case... If they had confirmed a biomarker, they would have used exactly that language...
