so far so good

A sigh of relief for now. Perhaps, it was a large holder unloading and the shorts joined in.
Like some others here, I am wondering about the disappearance of Noteable. He last posted the night before price started to tank. For the week prior to that , he was relentless . Two things....he started to repeat his postings on positive biotech news and a the constant reminder that anyone who didn't see the absolute sunny side of things was bad and out to tank stock. Other than pasting what Fierce biotech publisized, who keeps a library of all these news clippings?

More likely we hit the ATM which triggered the yellow bellies to sell and buy back cheaper.  He'll speak for himself but I assume he's pretty p1ssed off with management. As we are all entitled to be.

My strong guess, the sell off was the ATM. afterall zero news good or bad to justify the huge drop & volume increase. I saw the writing & bought some more. minium , lowering my break even point. I was told decades ago ( 1977), when I bought my first stock. chrysler was heading for bankruptcy. Maximum doom & gloom, great time to buy. it is hard, in the face of the many FUDsters on this ...more

ONC hits the ATM hard for two days and decimates shareholder value. And what do they get from it? ... About two extra weeks worth of cash runway. Desperate actions by a failing company.

Wait, so the delisting letter is canceled? Weren't you ranting about that yesterday?
Comment by lonc17 on Feb 08, 2024 3:54pm
I never said anything about a delisting letter.  I did say that ONC is on course for a reverse split. They will do this on their own initiative, without being forced into any actions by NASDAQ. It will be a voluntary move to raise the share price to something around $10.  It's much easier to price a placement of 1 million shares at $10 each than it is to price a placement of 10 ...more

Oh you were the bankruptcy guy, some other dope was yammering about de-listing.  So no bankruptcy them? I just want to document your predictions ao we can all refer back and ridicule at a later date.
Comment by lonc17 on Feb 08, 2024 4:28pm
Bankruptcy is inevitable by end of 2024 and can only be averted by a capital raise. If ONC cannot find an institution to underwrite the placement (due to lack of demand) then they'll have to close up shop this fall.

Haha that's a mighty big IF. You idiots keep complaining that ONCY have been around for 20 odd years and haven't brought anything of substance.  But by your own reasoning, a company who has survived for 20 odd years producing nothing is adept at surviving.  You also all claim that Coffey only keeps the company alive to allow him to collect a big salary. How will he do that if ...more

Azaak, MC and BT before him have been trying to sell this company for more than 15 years.  Trouble is, of the forty(ish) tirals they've run, 80% of them failed and the few that showed promise were borderline.  There is nothing to sell. MC's only hope for personal gain at this time is to somehow raise another year's worth of cash and continue to collect his salary. The ...more

You are depressing! I want Noteable back.

You amke so many uninformed assertions that you really do expose yourself and even worse you're so determined to FUD the stock you contradict yourself at worry turn.  I encourage everyone to click on Ionc17s profile and read his posts to see the glaring lies and double speak.  You're right though, if only every biotech could run 1 or 2 trials and hit paydirt within a few years. ...more

Azzak34, Canadafan and other longs here are investors and believers. I don’t see them as pumpers. Are they going to make money here, in 2024 we will know it for sure. I hope! Have a great weekend,
