Reporting times for onc year end
Good morning or afternoon depending where you are. I just got off the phone with the Alberta Securities Commission (this is the reporting jurisdiction for oncolytics biotech) and asked about year end (not quarterly) reporting times for a public traded company and was told that it is 90 DAYS for year end, so depending upon what the company has going on whether deal related or not, is that we may not hear until the end of March so now we all just chill and wait and hope for the best.

The reasoning I prefer is that MC absolutely had to stay back to deal with new developments of some kind, not weather. One can obviously speculate as to what required his presence. It would seem likely to me that if it was of any real significanse like a signature, he would have known sooner than yesterday. However, a lot of deals are consummated on Fridays. IMHO

I'm leaning more towards he missed his flight because he couldn't get a ride to the airport. Times are tough for MC.

This little episode really captures ONC. Press release a conference and then don't attend. Press release a partnership with PanCan and then don't finalize the deal. This a company that *literally* cannot fulfill the simplest of its promises.

in all fairness, it was not onc that didn't finish the pancan deal. pancan was the one guilty of "premature evacuation" jury is still out on the first criticism but that one doesn't look good for them.
