A sensible conclusion, thanks

A sensible conclusion, thanksHi themangokid.  Thanks for clarifying this confusion.  As you said there is not other possible result to this fiasco.

Anyway, next Tuesday November 8 will be a pivotal day for the two new companies as the Q3 operating results are released.  If management is as smart as we hope they are, the results will be dynamic on both sides.

New ONR would have operating results that exceeded the published targets for 2011 hinting that the targets for 2012 are more than attainable and than some.  As well, the water tank business would be likewise.  There will be higher earnings in Q3 than Q2 as well as more positive news to support not only the $1.08 a year dividend is sustainable, but could easily be increased in 2012.  After all the market is not looking for a company that can just maintain its dividends, but one that has promising growth before its SP can takeoff.  Right now there are lots of "dividend paying companies" paying out double digit dividends with dead SPs. (e.g. DGI.UN).

I just hope they have enough foresight to plan the launch of new ONR and PSN that the Q3 results would give both new companies a big sendoff and hit the ground running.

GLTA.
