PSN - anyone yet?

PSN - anyone yet?My account is with CIBC and this morning I found out two things:

a.  My ONR holdings took a big hit
b.  My PSN shares are no where to be found.

Does anyone who trades with different brokers have their investment record correct this morning?  I know this takes time but I just want to see if some brokers are in fact more efficient than others?
