What's the deal

What's the deal

Maybe someone can give me some input but PEY's offer is 0.0696 for every ONR share. Not much of an offer to me including the dividend. The gains yesterday and today may be enough to sell and come back another day.  Could wait for another offer but I think PEY will succeed. Anybody have any other thoughts?
