Received package Friday ....cover page  READS...Unitholders who receive  CASH will receive
$4.275 per ONEREIT Unit. AND  ``ONEREIT Unitholders who DONOT make a valid election prior to  5:00 PM (EDT) on September 21st 2017 will be deemed to have elected to receive CASH consideration ONLY``. Was the original offer only $4.26 per share ! We will hang on and voted NO and will wait for the cash. GLTA..&...Regards to ALL Patient Investors, TimeBuilder
