The Osisko Development segment is engaged in the exploration, evaluation and development of mining projects. Its portfolio by asset stage includes producing royalties, royalties in development and exploration. The Company's portfolio is anchored by its cornerstone asset, approximately 5% net smelter return royalty on the Canadian Malartic mine, located in Canada.

OR was trading $12.90 on sep 3, 2019, days before the announced take out of Barkerville. Theoretical value increase in royalty companies since that date averaged approx. + 46%
Translate projected price appreciation into OR = $18.80
current price after announcement $16.55.
underperformance relative to group (13.6%)
narrow the gap....yeah

Still not sure what the implied value is on newco. Shares will hit the market at what value? shares will be dumped by more than a few shareholders and more dilution will occur
