The Ernesto/Pau-a-Pique Project (EPP) is in Mato Grosso in Brazil, approximately 450 kilometers (km) west of Cuiaba. The San Andres Mine is an open-pit heap leach gold mine located in the highlands of western Honduras. The Aranzazu Mine is an underground copper mine that is located within the Municipality of Concepcion del Oro in the State of Zacatecas, Mexico. The Almas Project is a gold project located in the state of Tocantins, Brazil. The Matupa Project is a gold project located in the northern part of Mato Grosso, Brazil.

Could someone please explain in simple english what this non dilutive 2.1 million shares and BDRs is all about and when will it be finished.

I went on the Aura site but it is all mumbe jumble to me. I am very optimistic about this company now but being a longtime bagholder over the last decade I want to stay very informed especially when this stock has been so manipulated over that time,

I know there are those on here that are very knowledgeable about Aura,
