I think it could be a combination of a few things.  The markets overall have trended down the last month or there has been several down days.  Most of my portfolio over the wide spectrum of stocks have shown some correction.  Strongly believe a few dollars off the table for ORA is good as start to build a strong base at these levels.  ORA has had an extremely strong run the ...more

I haven't post on Stockhouse in a while the trolls on other boards killed it for me. From what I see, the stock was walked down after the Gold Road announcement. The big end of day mannipulators are either JP Morgan or Cannacord. This could be an attempt to shake a few shares after the Gold Road announcement via stop loss selling. I think until the AURA33-BR 2.1ml share listing in Brazil is completed we will see exaggerated share price movements.  The lack of retail trading volume combined with a healthy correction in the price of gold and lack of any Aura news release is currently testing the share price.  Next quarterly earnings report and future dividend announcement should be a positive. Could someone please explain in simple english what this non dilutive 2.1 million shares and BDRs is all about and when will it be finished. I went on the Aura site but it is all mumbe jumble to me. I am very optimistic about this company now but being a longtime bagholder over the last decade I want to stay very informed especially when this stock has been so manipulated over that time, I know ...more

Explanation 2.1ml shares will represents just over 3% of total shares of Aura. These shares are to be listed and sold on the retail side of the Brazilian exchange Aura33-BR by current Brazilian share holders these are not new shares and will not be available to Canadian or North American retail investors.
