Aura to Acquire Big River Gold

Will this deal affect this years dividend?

They already issued a divi. They gave the 2022 dividend in December of 2021. I actually think they should have skipped the Divi if they were planning to add assets. Mining is a constant game of adding reserves but they have so many assets. I wish for the time being, they would just focus on what they have. Deal with the Hondurans once and for all and remove gold road from the books completely.
