Takes time from actual ground work to lab transportation and recording results with documentation and MANY eyes have a peek a boo. Last month I posted there were "suits" there kicking tire. A little bird whispers "looking good". The last month has had exceptional volume with professional buying from under $ 1.00 to new ATH. NOT for flipping but for strategic HOLD for the inevitable 50 % or more premium on the over $ 2.00 target. Not rocket science. Insiders bought way before the blackout period
