Having said that, you claim "ORV is holding better than others" - excuse me? Last time I checked, ORV was not some struggling explorer but a small but established producer of gold, making like 600 $ per ounce and having a kingdom in the bank.
You need to compare ORV strictly to other, highly profitable gold producers.
In this peer group, show me one company whose SP has recently done worse than Orvana Minerals.
Even with the market beaten down, a reserve situation problem and properties in Bolivia, share price should easily be north of 1.00$. The fact that its not shows you management's total lack of skills and / or interest to increase small shareholder value whilst they are playing some game of their own. With these properties, I guess even my uncle would be able to lift the SP above 0.65 in no time. Matter of fact, he'd give you a discount on the current guy's 300.000 $ per year.
