This stage does not take very long and since this was already a producing mine it will be short. They just had to get the upgraded facility operating. It is very very likely UMZ ore is already being processed.
Managment has done a tremendous job on this one. Any delays were minimal or justified. Generally, new startups and recommissioning of old mines usually takes a lot longer then first forecast. Any minor delays are insignificant in the overall scope of things.
