Orvana Minerals Corp. is a Canada-based multi-mine gold-copper-silver company. The Company is involved in the evaluation, development and mining of base metal deposits. The Company owns and operates El Valle Mine and Carles Mine, which is situated in Asturias, Northern Spain (collectively El Valle) and is managed by its wholly owned subsidiary, Orovalle Minerals S.L. (Orovalle). In addition to El Valle, it owns certain mineral rights located in the region of Asturias. It also owns the Don Mario Operations (Don Mario) in San Jose de Chiquitos, Southeastern Bolivia and is managed by its wholly owned subsidiary, Empresa Minera Paititi S.A. (EMIPA). It consists of around 10 contiguous mineral concessions covering approximately 53,325 hectares (ha). Through its subsidiary Orvana Argentina S.A., the Company holds its 100 % owned Taguas Property, which is situated in the Province of San Juan, Argentina, and consists of approximately 15 mining concessions covering approximately 3,273.87 ha.

The production based AISC at EVBC is running at $708 USD per ounce of gold production and so EVBC is now a LOW COST MINER thanks to higher copper prices and higher silver prices.

Q1 2021 Consolidated Highlights:
  • Production of 18,398 gold equivalent ounces (14,127 gold ounces, 2.0 million copper pounds and 55,333 silver ounces).
  • Revenue of $27.8 million. Average realized gold price per ounce of $1,868 and copper price per pound of $3.29.
  • Plus 400k unsold pounds of Cu = $1.3 Million USD in by product revenue at $3.29 copper and 2072 ounces of unsold gold at $1868 USD/oz = $3.87 Million USD.
  • Total Gold Dore and Gold copper concentrate valued at $6.89 Million USD as of 12/31/20
  • EBITDA of $7.3 million.
  • Free cash flow of $5.1 million.
  • Cash balance of $15.6 million as at December 31, 2020.
  • Sales Based Cash Operating Costs ("COC") and All in Sustaining Costs ("AISC") of $1,051 and $1,467.
  • Copper by product revenue of $6.436 Million is second highest quarterly copper revenue
  • Silver by product revenue of $1.038 Million USD is 3rd highest quarterly silver revenue.
  • EVBC Sales Based COC = $954 USD/oz gold sold, and AISC = $1191 USD/oz Au sold.
