Its my belief that Fablosa is here for one reason. To make money. Their not concerned with day to day share price and they do not need it now reach their goal. They dont dilute so they dont need it for financings.
Fablosa basically gave 100% of Taguas to Orvana for a 2.5% Royalty. Taguas is probably the future of the company and what will bring a high value M&A transition or an anchor low cost producing asset
The OSP I see as a means to generate cash flow to continue developing Taguas. Once developed the share price will be there.
