RE:Emipa updateLike I told you over 2 weeks ago Juan, big nuthin ball.  But it takes ORV over 2 weeks to same the same.  They probably spent $200k hiring "outside 3rd parties", wink wink, to come up with their response.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ORVANA SUBSIDIARY IN BOLIVIA REPORTS Q4 FY2023 FINANCIAL RES

There is nothing to hear.  They filed FS of bolivian subsidiary as its required as a reporting issuer in bolivia.  they became a reporting issuer to do the bond issue.  It is a simple technical step.  Of course, it took them years to get it done as that is the ORV way.

Hi Mr________

In our news release of October 16, 2023, we reported that during the first quarter of fiscal 2023, EMIPA initiated the process for the issuance of a $47 million bond program in the Bolivian stock market, and that in September 2023, EMIPA received the approval of its registration as bond issuer and it is currently working to complete the registration of the bonds program. Since we reported this status on October 16, 2023, there has been no material news regarding the bonds program to report.

As a result of becoming registered as an eligible bond issuer in Bolivia, EMIPA was required to file its unaudited financial statements for the fourth quarter of 2023 with Bolivia's financial regulator, Autoridad de Supervision del Sistema Financiero (ASFI). As ASFI has made those financial statements available on its website for any person to view, the purpose of our news release on October 30, 2023 was to draw to the market's attention that such financial statements were available for viewing by the public.

As in prior years, our consolidated audited financial statements for the year-ended September 30 will cover all of our operations including those of EMIPA for the year-ended September 30.

Thanks and regards,

Nuria
