You got to be kidding, there are hundreds of mining companies out there with management diluting shareholders to the bones, via placemnents RSU's etc. Orvana is hidding in the dark, and are moving forward in snail pace, but haven't issued a single share in decades. Plus a penny and a half!!!!! ORV has not only failed to create value, they have destroyed value by any measure. ANd the fact that this has happened at $2,000 gold and $4 copper is that much more reprehensible imho. And the most value destroyed has come under Juans (lack of) leadership.
