RE:I Don't Like The GFI DealA couple of quick points:
1) only about half of the resource (measured and indicated) was used in the FS, so realistically the NPV is double what was published, with latest drilling results still expanding the deposit.
2) they have over 12kms of underground working going to a depth of over 600m. They can mine the resource as soon as the permits come through, the ore could be shipped to Bonterra's Bachelor mill whilst they build their own mill
However, I am disappointed that they did not take the mine in to production themselves by means of other funding that is not so dilutive. They have however brought in some real expertise in mining. Maybe the real value in staying invested will come from further discoveries on their land.
